About Me:
Hello! My name is Tracy Schwartz. Welcome to Yogawize✨✨✨
I am a certified Yoga teacher & Reiki practitioner and lover of all people, animals and nature. I blend together the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Reiki, Aromatherapy and Acupressure/Reflexology to create overall mind and body replenishment. My goal is to share this wisdom with as many people as I can from all walks of life so that we can all be well and live harmoniously with each other.

Aromatherapy Massage w/ foot Reflexology
75 Minutes - $75
Gentle application of essential oils along the spine, back, ears, neck, feet, and head using medium to moderate pressure. This treatment not only feels amazing, but can help strengthen the immune system, release toxins from the body, decrease pain, alleviate stress, and offer overall body relaxation.
Private/Semi Private Yoga
$15-25/class (depending on how many classes per week)

Private one to one yoga or small group instruction. Includes teachings of yoga philosophy, breathwork/meditation, and movement. Yoga can improve overall mind and body wellness by reducing anxiety and stress, alleviating chronic pain, and promoting flexibility and balance. No experience necessary. If you are breathing, you can do yoga ;)

Reiki Healing Session
75 minutes - $75

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and offers overall wellness to the mind, body and spirit. The practitioner uses their hands to deliver energy to specific areas of the body, often creating a warming, buzzing sensation throughout the body's energy centers as well as feelings of pain and stress reduction.

Custom made and individually tailored to your specific needs in order to help manage symptoms of insomnia, pain, stress, poor digestion, weight gain/loss, low energy, low libido, allergies, skin ailments, and overall imbalance. Products include essential oil roll-ons, 10ml diffuser blends, skin healing salve, hair growth topical spray, and full 15ml bottles available for purchase or can be ordered and shipped to your home.
